ISIS Child Brides - More Girls head to Iraq & Syria

The news making the rounds these days is the disturbing trend of young and able bodied men and women leaving their homes in Europe to join the ISIS Militant group. They come from the US, UK, France, Germany and other western nations and they do so in their hundreds! Nations are trying to block their borders not to let anyone in, but to avoid letting people out!

WOW! What an irony! The same countries that sit pretty on the UN Security Council and direct affairs in NATO and other special International force formations. These world powers with the best technologies, the to economies, the best infrastructure and all the good things that make Africans flee their continent for these nations. According to what we know or have been deceived to believe, "the grass is greener on the other side", however it seems the grass in question is relative to those who eat grass!

Now young girls are heading to Syria to join ISIS and their parents are begging them to come back, three young girls from UK, following the example of over 60 British females who have joined ISIS as brides. How did they get a passport, money, clearance to get on a plane to Syria, a troubled state where the west have "blockaded" owing to presumed human rights violations by Assad. According to reports, they picked up a flight from Heathrow to Istanbul Turkey and then they attempt to cross the border into Syria. Is that how porous or accessible it is to enter the worlds trouble spots from the World's Leading Military countries? But for a Nigerian to get into UK or US or recently Dubai, its like passing a camel through the eye of a needle. Is there so much wealth and comfort in the cities of the World Powers that its citizens long for confusion and violence and death? Is there so little to do in terms of jobs and catering to the family that the people will be easily deceived into fighting a jihadist war that doesnt concern them? Are the young ladies so much in a hurry to get married and probably the young british men are not meeting up to their standards that women will cross over to become wives to men of the ISIS group?

Before you remove the speck in another man's eyes, remove the log of wood in yours. As troubled as a section of Nigeria is today, we dont see men and women volunteering of their own will to go join Boko Haram. Different strokes for different folks you may say. The world powers should stop their sycophancy and clean up their backyards if they want to be regarded truly as World Powers and first world nations.
